Governance

I work as a Leader of Governance working with governing bodies to improve their impact. I am committed to lifelong learning and for me that starts with a joy of learning discovered during school years.

I’ve been involved with school governance for long enough to appreciate the powerful influence of very good and very bad governance.

I support Governing Chairs, Board health checks and full external reviews of governance in Lincolnshire and across the wider region. All my skills are available to schools at preferential rates.
